Pathfinder Ghost Update

Dear Pathfinder Ghost owners,

A quick update on your made-to-order builds. We will explain where we are and why they are not shipped yet

Where we are today.

• Transparent alloy-injected shells — done.
• Packaging — done.

Everything is ready to be sent to shop floor for assembly except the PCB, and here is where the hold-up is

Ghost uses a new chipset, components, and a redesigned mother-daughter board architecture. Because that's effectively a new board, it has to clear FCC and CE certification again. We were originally told by the lab that it will be finished mid-May around the same time the campaign ends, but now they are asking for 3 more weeks

What it means for you is that assembly will have to move from late May to the third week of June. We'll begin shipping Ghost at the end of June — week one of July at the latest.

We don't enjoy delivering this news. But we simply can't do the final assembly without an FCC & CE mark in hand

We intend to make the Ghost feels a really limited item that anyone who missed the pre-order will regret it for year, and we promise to make it so,

We'll send the next update the moment the boards clear certification.
