But we wanted the most advanced and robust switch available at the time, so we ended up with the Omron Mechanical instead which is more expensive but more reliable. Now you can experience Pathfinder's clicks the way the team originally intended.

HUANO TRANSPARENT BLUE SHELL PINKDOT: If the Omron is Wagyu, The Huano is cheeseburger. Everyone loves it, you find it everywhere but we always feel the click is a little bit too "soggy" when combined with our previous click structure. Still, across the 100-plus switches we tried, the Huano was consistently in our top three. So with the new PCB letting you use whatever you want, we decided to include the Huano in this pack too

KAILH SWORD GM: Beautiful and goes really well with the Ghost's transparent aesthetic. The perfect choice for gamers who demand lightning-fast response times and 100 million clicks durability. Crisp and pronounced click for those who want a firmer click.

Why is the switch not fully hot-swappable? Because we think Omron Opticals are the optimal switch in terms of feel, performance, and longevity. The issue is that the unique pin of the Omron Optical is not compatible with a fully hot-swappable socket. It might frustrate some of you, but this is where designers like us sometimes have to make a tough call.
