1. 30-Day Return Policy Only applies to purchases from orbitalworks.co

 

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 45 days.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds cover the product price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Missing or damaged components may result in deductions from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened consumables (mousepads, grip tape, skates, switches).
• Customized or special-order items.
• Clothing and accessories that cannot be resold due to hygiene concerns.

 

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy Products that arrive defective must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the shipping cost for a replacement. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
