Orbital Works Limited Warranty Terms
1. Warranty Coverage & Duration Orbital Works provides a limited warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment unless otherwise stated.
To claim a warranty service, proof of purchase is required, which must include the order number or shipping number from the order shipment email displaying the full product description (SKU, price).
If proof of purchase is not provided, the warranty period will default to the month of manufacturing as determined by the product serial number located on the back of the packaging, using the first day of that month as the warranty start date.
If neither a valid serial number nor proof of purchase can be provided, the product will not be eligible for warranty service.
For customers who have registered their product online, a PDF copy of the registration form can be used as proof of purchase. We strongly encourage product registration to facilitate warranty claims. You can Register your Product at https://orbitalworks.co/warranty
